We were at the Diana Park for only one night, but we found the reception friendly, helpful and competent, our room was clean and a good size and the breakfast was delicious. We were able to walk right down to the centre of town in 20 minutes. Overall, great!!

Very nice hotel. It is newly remodeled and the rooms are spacious compared to other European hotels. Staff is very helpful and speaks good English, especially Dario who gave us the best advice on ground transportation and places to visit. The only draw back is that is far from everything, but if you learn to use public transportation then there is no problem. Breakfast was good.

Nice Hotel, much better than the standard considering the price. Next time in Florence I will book this Hotel Again. Parking in not many spaces available but there is an easy parking out of the Hotel. Location is ten blocks away from city center, which is good when you are driving, considering what it means to drive a car in downtown Florence.

Nice hotel in good surroundings. It's very good value but that's because it's quite a long walk to the exciting bits of Florence.

There was vomit in the bathtub upon my arrival. Otherwise, my stay was alright.

My first stay in this hotel but not the last! I found this hotel by chance on Venere...just in the last minute! The hotel has any kind of comfort (bath tube, free ADSL connection, nice rooms. Staff extremely kind and helpful. I really wish to go back to this hotel every time I stay in Firenze. The price/quality rate is really excellent. Just 5 minutes from Fortezza.

the rooms are too small!!! They have also some rooms in the receptionist area, and it's impossible to sleep! Bad employees.

Really nice Hotel about a 10min walk from all the major sites Domo, Academia etc. Excellent breakfast in pleasant surroundings. Rooms although small were very nice and the bathroom was spacious. Only complaint - the room was cold. I would stay here again and I would reccommend it to friends.

Gracias!

Extremely warm and helpful staff, very nice rooms, good breakfast, very clean and comfortable. Were initially put in basement room which was too light-less but they moved us the next day -- very friendly. Our only criticism was that it was a bit further away from where we wanted to be for dinner etc. than we might have liked -- just a little further at the end of a long day of walking. The plus side was that it was quiet. Would recommend it.

Hotel agradable.

Staff were very frendly and helpful. Found the hotel by car without any problems and parked my car in their small car park, the streets around are filled with parked cars with no spaces to be seen. Easy enough to get to city center by bus - as it is too far for me to walk (yes I'm a lazy tourist). I only stayed two nights but can't say I saw a bar or restuarant in the imediate vacinity to have a drink in before bed.

The staff were not very friendly. We chose this hotel because it had parking facilities, didn't know they were going to charge 13 euros for every 24 hours and that we had to reserve it before we got there - it was just luck that one was free when we arrived. The room we had was extemely noisy - the road traffic, bus stop right outside our window, the lift, other guests in the hotel. Our room seemed to attract the most noise. The staff were supposed to book us a table at a local restaurant and they forgot. The hotel is a long way from the centre of everything and its a good 30 minutes of brisk walking to get to the Duomo. It doesn't seem long but when you are walking back to the hotel after a day and night sightseeing, eating and drinking - it is a long way. We were just happy the hire car was safe. But I wouldn't recommend it if you have no car

A little difficult to find due to one way system and area less impressive than expected, however staff welcoming and accommodating. Room (on ground floor)very noisy in the morning. Long way from main points of interest and local restaurants poor. Good parking available

Diana Park is a nice business hotel a little away from the main tourist area. breakfeast is limited but overall this hotel is great value. A superb local resturant boccacio is a must during any stay - details from reception.

A dark dingy room with little natural light and surrounded on three sides by a corridor. The original design is bizarre!

Overall, a very modern and spacious room. Concierge was helpful (especially Michele, who is excellent) and the breakfast was surprisingly good. A bit further from the center than we expected but not terrible. About a 20 minute walk. There is a children's center across the street called Mondo Bimbo. Our 3 year old son loved it! Our room's (104)shower was a bit tight -- looked like something out of Star Trek. I can imagine someone who was overweight having some difficulties. The room had the very faint stale smell of cigarettes. I'm pretty intolerant of that kind of thing but this was acceptable. One complaint: we all got a few flea bites while staying there. I've been warned that this is quite common in Italian hotels (esp in Florence) but I figured with a 4 Star Hotel we'd be spared. I was wrong. Still, I do recommend the place.

DID NOT LIKE THE LACK OF WINDOWS FOR ANY KIND OF VIEW. ROOM FELT CLOSED IN. DID NOT LIKE THE LOCATION-TOO FAR REMOVED FROM CITY CENTER. SOME OF THE DESK HELP EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD-ONE NOT VERY GOOD. WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

It was one out of five hotels we stayed in traveling through Italy and it was the least favorite. Small breakfast and NO doors on the shower.

The room was excellent and only a little loud occasionally because it was on the first across from the front desk, but that made it very easy to get to. The staff was very helpful and gave us great advise on restaurants and other information.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Diana Park. We enjoyed the ten minute walk to the Duomo to the extent that we rarely used the bus service. The staff were really helpfull. We will definitely be staying there again. Excellent value.

WITHIN EASY WALKING DISTANCE OF THE CENTRE - VERY FRIENDLY STAFF WITH GREAT KNOWLEDGE OF AREA , SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS CAR PARKING RESERVED FOR US - MAD CITY TO DRIVE SO NICE TO LEAVE THE CAR GOOD ACCESS TO AUTOSTRADE WHEN LEAVING - WELL SIGNED, BUT DIFFICULT TO REACH INITIALLY DUE TO DIVERSIONS IN THE CITY WELL WORTH IT WHEN FOUND AND NICE BREAKFAST TOO

Most comfortable bed I had in Italy and the shower was also great. A bit of walk to the town center though there is a bus stop in front which we didn't bother to use. The road in front is quite busy but the rooms were quiet enough for me.

Only complain is their mini bar should have a better monitoring system. We stayed 3 nights in this hotel When we arrived on the first night there were no bottled water in the mini bar ,so next day we bought some bottled water for our self and put in the mini bar. On check out time the hotel insist we took 2 bottled water ( 3 Euro ); even when we explain that we did not take their water they will not reverse the charge. How do you feel to be treated as a small thieve/liar ?

This was our first time to Florence, and the staff at the Diana Park Hotel were wonderful to us. The hotel was clean and par to a 4 star rating. I would definately recommend this hotel, remember to pay cash though, so you don't get hit up for the exchange rate on your credit card (if you are traveling from the US).

Florence is a relatively large city and the hotel was somewhat difficult to find, due in part to our inability to speak to language. Once there, we were met by a friendly and most helpful staff who continued to provide an excellent quality of service for our 4 night stay. Particular mention to Miguel who went beyond the call of duty to assist us with a slight problem and special mention and thanks to Suzanna who exceeded all expections in the area of service to assist with the aforementioned problem plus obtain hotel accommodations for our next stop in Sorrento. A very pleasant experience and we would definetly recommend to others.

Very nice hotel, nice room. When we want to check in, the room was not prepared so we've got another one which I could say that was very nice. The breakfast in the first day was quite a bad experience (I think is somenthing general in Italy) because we need to wait 30 minutes until the table was ready.
