The hotel is a perfectly adequate 3 stars. The room was rather small, but perfectly adequate for an overnight, with a small balcony. The bathroom with shower was a good size, brand new, very clean and bright. We were on the second floor with a partial view of the beach, but a few steps from a magnificent terrace overlooking the main road and the beach across from it. Plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Breakfast is included, the food is nice and fresh. The breakfast room is large and comfortable. You can take your computer there and connect to the wireless Internet which is available in all public areas (not in the rooms). If you're looking for a place where to spend the night, or a couple of nights, between flights, this is a good place in an excellent location just a few minutes in taxi from the airport of Fiumicino.

Great staff! Lovely updated modern hotel across the street from the beach in a middle class residential neighborhood. Many beach front structures are in need of renovation and not much to choose from as far as restaurants,shopping, etc. If you are looking to spend alot of time at the beach, this place is perfect! Huge balcony on our room - great value for the price! Very close to FCO airport also!

The seaside is not beautiful, the hotel is new and pleasant, but one of our rooms smell tobacco, and on friday night there was a animation at the restaurant just near the hotel.Its near the airport and great localisation to take your flight in the morning. That's all

How to reach Hotel Del Mare

By car
Follow the directions for the G.R.A. Grande Raccordo Anulare (Rome's ring road) and take the exit n. 30 “Fiumicino Aeroporto” and continue towards the airport. Once at the airport follow the directions for “Fiumicino – Ostia” and then take the exit “Fiumicino Sud” and turn right at the end of the ramp. Drive straight towards the sea for about 4-5 minutes and you will see a bridge on your left hand side, cross over the bridge and head once again towards the sea, the road will curve left and then right but immediately you will be on the Lungomare della Salute, continue straight for approx. 2-3 minutes and at number 111b you will find us.

By train
By train you can easily reach the Leonardo da Vinci Airport where you can either take a bus to Fiumcino town or book our shuttle service to pick you up.

By airplane
You may book our pick up service from the airport and once exiting arrivals your driver will be waiting with a sign with your name on it or if you prefer you will have no problems picking up a taxi on the spot
