This was the first time at Hotel Siviglia.Our room was not cleaned.We had open shampoo packet from previous stay,no soap,partially used toilet paper roll and no extra.Sheets appeared not fresh.Tried to reach staff,hotel dark and noone answered the phone.We arrived at 9pm,to a very friendly desk clerk,who appologized in the morning...a bit too late for us. We recieved no price break for our disappointing stay.
