Hotel Villa Rose - Fira

The staff are warm enough. The noise from the street is terrible, but after the whole day out, I don't think it would effect your sleep too much.

A beautiful hotel. We had a wonderful time. Clean and comfortable. Maria - a hotel owner and her family - very kind, cheerful and helpful people. We are grateful for the warm welcome. Refrigerator was always full of food for breakfast, including juice and water. Free shuttle service. Supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, gas station, hospital and bus station nearby. We felt like home.

This is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and Maria is very nice to stock the fridge with lots of good things to eat. We felt very welcome. The hotel is centrally located and is close to the bus depot, shops, restaurants, and 2 grocery stores. The only negative is that it isn't on the beach, but since we were there in the winter this wasn't a problem. I recommend this place for everyone, you won't regret staying here. Also, the pick up and drop off is nice as well.

I have been travelling around world and Villa Rose is the best place I've stayed. It is not a luxury hotel but gives you a feeling like home, a place you can relax and keep your journey move on. Villa Rose is in a great position of Fira. 10 mins walk to Fira center, 5 mins walk to Carrefour (which will supply you wide ranges of food with cheap price), 5mins walk to bus station. Generally you goes anywhere very convenient. A motor rent store and a fuel station are just around the hotel. The hotel owner, Maria, treat us just like her family. We had a welcome dessert in the beginning, then Maria helped us to tracing our lost luggage and take us to airport to get it back. I have been stayed in Athens and Mykonos before come to Santorini but this is the only one hotel which consider our lost luggage seriously. The room is quite new, cooking stuff is prepared and there are snacks in the refrigerator for free. Everyday the cleaner supply the refrigerator so we never face a hungry problem when we come back to hotel. Santorini is a great place and we are happy to have chosen a great hotel. The day we check-out there is a strike in airport so we have to wait hours there. Maria even offer some cash for us to buy refreshment in the airport. This is what you to your family, we will definitely stay in Villa Rose next time and highly recommend to everyone.
