For any cancellation that takes place at least 21 days before the arranged arrival date, the whole deposit will be refunded and there are no cancellation fees. For any cancellation that takes place 20 days or less prior to the arranged arrival date, there will be a two-night cancellation penalty fee or the deposit will not be refunded. In case of non-show, there will be a two-night cancellation fee.You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 20 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
