Staff was wonderful. We were able to call via Skype to get details for a free shuttle from the port to the hotel, which is conveniently located in downtown Fira (with a spacious, if bland, view from poolside rooms). Breakfast was adequate. Bathrm has typical Greek, cramped shower. We were only able to stay one night because we couldn't get ferry reservations for a later departure. (We made the reservation while in Greece but are from the US.)
