Hotel Fira Blue Horizon - Fira

I stayed in a double room with my girlfriend, the room was very spacious, clean and quiet except for the bathroom. The hotel is located near the folkrore museum, so it is 10 minutes far, on foot, from the city center of Fira. The room is cleaned every 2 days, has got an air conditioning and a fridge (which unfortunately doesn't work when you're out). There is a huge garage and a wonderful view in Anafi island and Santorini airport direction. We really enjoyed our stay there.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The value for money, cleanliness and friendly .

The rates to stay here are so good.the room is clean and nice.the location is fabuloys.. When we do return to Santorini, we will stay here again! Thank you fira blue horizon for making our holiday on the island so very memorable.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. All the amenities you would ever need at a very good rate. They are located in fira, with just a couple minutes walk from center.

We would DEFINITEY stay again if I visit Santorini in the future! loved this budget hotel! the room was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated.

Hotel owner is very friendly as picking up us from the airport, trying to help on needs. But, the room was not clean, towels are very old and there is no reception to help at any time. the location is almost good, the room is quiet and it has balcony with seaview

There was nobody, no employee, this is just a lodge on seaside, we found a local guy who called the manager in greek and got the key behind the door, we left after our one day stay the same way, left the key and informed throgh a local guy, room was good,

It's not an "hotel", but a room in a little building ,no possible breakfast apart to buy something like cake, fruit juice( a fridge in room).It's located little far from town center.We saw the owner of this block of rooms the 2nd evening to sign the credit card receipt,but nobody else.

(1)We were not met at the Port as was usual with accomodation on the islands.(2) Not met at bus station.(3)No one knew where this place was situated.We had no telephone number or map sent to us.(4) We asked for a central Hotel. This was a misrepresent of the word hotel and 'central location, and when we finally found a person on the street to direct us, we found not a 'Hotel' but a group of rooms with no one in attendance. After some desperate moments and knocking on doors we were directed to a telephone in the wall outside to ring to find which room you were allotted. Unfinished electrical wiring sticking up out of the floor and walls. Room-dirty- bathroom (hair clogged the waste and was obvious on mirror, lumpy horsehair beds we were told the next day to put the duvee under the sheet for more comfort -no drinking water or refreshments available and no directions where to find a shop.No welcome, no where to go to check out a 9pm. The next day we rang many times to check out and a person arrived and refused to check us out said we would have to pay no matter what. We went to police who advised us this man is known crook. We found others paying E65 and we were charged E110. we walked out and found honest accomodation, very central and nicely appointed after spending the first day of holiday looking for accomodation visiting police and having to hire a car to pick up luggage from this property so far away. Altogether not a happy situation and I wouldnt reccomend this as a hotel. No service and the manager manipulative.A Scam. After two days attempting to get our money back we obtained two days refund so we would like you to refund the rest. Thankyou, and we would expect a reply this time as we have had no replies from our previous attempts to contact you.

During the 3 days we stayed in santorini, the room was never cleaned. Towels has been changed only after precise request. It was not offered the opportunity to guard luggage after we left rooms.

Realmente nos disgustó mucho que el supuesto "hotel" no tuviera una "Recepción", ya que al llegar al lugar, a las 21.30 hs, tuvimos que molestar a un huesped golpeando la puerta de una habitación para que el huesped nos explicara que había que llamar al teléfono móvil (celular)anunciado en un cartel desde el teléfono público de una cabina de taxis. La cabina no tenía luz lo que dificultó el contacto inicial. Nos atendió el señor Manolis, responsable del Hotel, y nos dijo que había una habitación 102 abierta. La mencionada habitación no estaba abierta, así que recurrimos a una vecina que volvió a llamarlo y le indicó que probáramos en la 104 que efectivamente resultó estar abierta. El lugar estaba limpio y ordenado, pero las camas carecían de la sábana superior y no tenía vasos, lo que recién solucionó el señor Manolis al día siguiente. Debí abonarle las dos noches acordadas (60+60=120 euros) sin que me extendiera factura legal. Muy poco serio. Debiera estar calificado como "Rooms for Rent" y NO como hotel porque no es un hotel.

Very friendly. hotel representative was there to pick us up from the port when we arrived and drove us to the hotel free of charge. overall very satisfied with stay.

Low price with big room. But it is at the east of Fira, without volcano view. About 12 minutes walk way from Fira center. And the way back is a little dark after seeing sunset.

We have found the very kind people in the staff of the hotel quality/price is very very good the position is very strategic to live the evening and to take the bus to visit the other places of the fantastic Santorini Congratulation to Manuel who is your direct contact have a good holiday!!!
