Hotel Villa Aurora - Fiesole

Employees and direction are very sympatic and very competent. The service for the customers is very important for them.

Nice old Hotel, but overall it is not worth the 4 Stars at all. The rooms should be renovated. The walls are dirty and so are the carpets. To watch more than 3 pixeled italian Programs on TV you have to pay. Summary: sounded good, looked untended. Much too expensive for what is offered!

The hotel and the room were not clean. There is no elevator in the hotel, we had to carry our baggage from the parking to the room 4 floors. The waiter rudely did not allow us to seat in the balcony of the breakfast room which overlooks Florence.

We arrived to find that we had a standard room booked. The reception quickly found us a fabulous room with a large balcony and view over Florence. We had dinner and breakfast on their gorgeous terrace. It was idyllic.

Very nice staff mostly, nice rooms, but sorry, € 200,00 for a room without view, seems to be somehow overpriced (20%), without any 4star service...friendly ambient though

Excellent restaurant, we had an outstanding dinner. Good central location in Fiesole yet fairly quiet. Easy to find and good parking. The lower priced rooms seem kind of dated and our toilet was in a strange alcove with slanting ceiling that made it hard not to hit your head. I have no idea about the type and number of rooms available but you insisted that I answer that question. Disregard my answer.

It's a very nice hotel, they have recently rennovated the rooms, that are just gorgeous, ask for a rennovated room with a view!!! Very pleasant staff. I would definetely come back!

Hotel tres bien situe, belle vue sur Florence bien que quelques arbres empêchent une vue globale. Restaurant: plats de très bonne qualité (surtout le risotto), mais le cadre devrait être mieux mis en valeur (pas suffisament eclairé, pas balayé, pas net ... au départ, on n'avait pas envie d'y aller manger).
