The rooms are small and, as we were staying on the first floor, very noisy. They charge 5% more if you want to pay with credit card.

when i checked in, the lady, started with i have to pay i did not pay yet, apperently a previous guest who made an online reservation, had problems with the payment, well that was not my problem, the restaurant, they offer a menu and half of it was not available, i travel alone, and i had to wait when others who came after me ordered first, working in this bussiness, give me a break, when i wanted to check out they charged me more than i had on my reservation, that was settled, but not after looking for paperwork, luckily i had my paperwork, incompetent 100 % they need to work on their people skills, i asked for a map of the city, yes we have but you have to pay, what is the problem, it was very rude, they refurbished the rooms, and the wanna chrage you for everything that will break, never again.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the city, 20 km away from the airport. The bus station is only 500 m. away, but there is also a parking area in the hotel.
