Hotel Palais de Fes Dar Tazi - Fès

The triple room is pretty small and the price is not correspond with your size. The hotel is clean but they should take care of some details. The plugs and the lights switch are dirty and the computer keyboard of the wifi zone is also dirty. The staff treats was very good and nice.

Yes, there ARE a lot of stairs to climb but the view over the city makes the climb worth it! The hotel is extremely convenient to the sites of the medina and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home and cared for - even getting a breakfast delivered to the room before an early departure! Would return in a flash!

This hotel was lovely. The rooms were, clean and comfortable but sadly a little noisy. The staff of the hotel were wonderfully welcoming and helpful, and the food both at breakfast and dinner was to a very high standard. The tour organised by the owner was an enjoyable tour and certainly the best we had in Morocco. There were alot of stairs in the hotel which were fine for us but I could see being a problem for the very young and old. The view from the upper levels was amazing overlooking all of Fel el Bali. I'd certainly stay here again

We were sorry nowhere did we read "a high class RIAD", too many stairs for an elderly couple with bags. On the other hand location is excellent in the middle of the souke, restaurant very good especially the salad starters, main courses very ample [might be better to share]. Breakfast excellent. Too many stairs, attractively redecorated, carpet sales in the main lobby, very nice reception with explanation, berber tea and mouth watering biscuits.

Beautiful hotel, very good location, very close to the Medina. Excellent service. Amazing view of the old town from a beautiful terrasse. Good restaurant.

Palais Dar Tazi is AMAZING! The staff bent over backwards to help us in every way possible, especially the wonderful Fatima! We felt like family in this beautiful, intricately mosaic tiled and painted wood beam riad. The restaurant serves delicious, plentiful food and cocktails with a wonderful view looking out over the medina. The riad is outside the medina so we were picked up at the train station and driven right to the door. I would very highly recommend this location to anyone!
