This is by far the best hotel experience we had while in Italy. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Nearly perfect location for a city trip, when room itself is not so important. Breakfast room was temporary overloaded.

We stay in this hotel for one night . The hotel was clean and in an excellent central location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check in was a pleasant surprice gift :) And buffet breakfast was good.

Excellent location, near the historic center. Clean, air con, great price for quality, good breakfast, excellent front desk advice. Parking nearby for additional €3. Enjoyed stay and booked an extra night.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I was upgraded from a single to a doubleroom which extremely spacious. The hotel staff was helpful - answering questions, making recommendations and finding train schedule info. The breakfast was generous and had variety. Ferrara was a great place to visit and Hotel Touring made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

It was very refreshing at the middle of a long journey (from Hungary to Sicily). Nice, clean hotel at the best part of the town.

It was very close to the castle. Giovanni at reception was particularly helpful and recommended excellent restaurants.

My room was rather upscale for the money, with nice furniture and fancy bathroom fixtures. My only reservation concerns the shower stall, which was less than 1 meter square. I hadn't room to wash without banging my elbows on the walls. The room was also quite small, but in Europe and for 70 Euros, I wouldn't expect otherwise. The professional staff was quite pleasant, and the location, right next to Ferrara's caste, was ideal.
