The hotel is in front of a shopping center, which is ok if you're just staying for a night. It's an average hotel but clean. Just 1km from Ferrara's centre you can either walk or rent a bike at the hotel.

Hotel at the end of Ferarra. Clean and big rooms. Big shopping center is just few meters from the hotel - was quite convenient. Breakfast was expensive - EUR 8 for cold snacks only (it is better to have your snack in the shopping center). Free parking.

It s ok for someone who doesn't want to spend much time in the hotel, but only need a sleep. The good thing is that the location is near to a big shop center where you can find many thongs and the bad thing is the transportation to go to the city train station, you will need 2 buses, or 1 bus and 10 minutes walking, or 10 euro for a taxi..

This is my second stay at the Nettuno Hotel in Ferrara and I must confirm the general satisfation as a guest and a customer. If You need to stay few days in Ferrara, there is not a better option at either lower or similar price. Free parking available, a hyper shopping center just in front of the Hotel and the downtown at 5 minutes reach.

We were really positively impressed by this hotel. At a very low room rate (50€/night)we were expecting to find some "small problems", but everything was OK and the 2 nights we slept there went very smooth. We will return in this Hotel again and we will recommend the structure to our friends.

A really good place as a stop for a night during a travel. Mostly a hotel for business but with a good quality. Be careful that breakfast is not included!

I was staying in room 106. The was leaking in the bathroom floor, the shower door was not closing and the tiles were dirty. I did ask to have another room for my next booking a few day later, and so they did. The choice at the breakfast buffet was exellent.

The breakfast was not included in the price, and 10 Euros/capita is a bit too much for that. Being located for a walking distance from the center is not 100% correct. The bus is awfully shaking and the last comes back to the hotel at 20.16. Taxies are very rarely going around in Ferrara centre. The receptionist was very polite and speaks excellent English. We just had a one night stop going to Florence, it was o.K. for this purpose.

Very good hotel but a little far from the center. However, it is located in front of a great commercial center and there are lots of restaurants nearby. You can also catch the bus No. 11 to the center city at a stop very close to the hotel. breakfast is great.

I stayed one night in Nettuno hotel. The breakfast was good and ther was a huge choice. The hotel's surroundings are not really interesting, but it's very close to the historical city center.

When we ordered the room we thought that the hotel would be withing walking distance from the railwaystation. And it also looked that way on the map. But the central station of Ferrara is farther away. Thanks to the employees at the hotel and the local bus-service everything went well.

The Nettuno is a 45 minute walk from the historic downtown. Since I was on foot, I wanted to be closer to the downtown. I had a reservation for three nights, but found a hotel closer to where I wanted to be for the second and third nights. The Nettuno insisted that I had to pay for all three nights since I had already checked in. I felt that this was very unfair and unreasonable.

OK per breve soggiorno. Camera non molto spaziosa, ma pulita. Buona la dotazione. Un poco disturbata dal rumore del traffico sulla vicina statale. Posizione comoda per raggiungere la citta' in auto.

Very nice place, good location, inexpencive. Great, quite, clean, comfortable rooms and bathroom. Very good minibar. You get all you can imagine in the bathroom: shawing foam and shaver, toothpaste, ... you even get buttons, needle and fiber in different colors... Best of all in this hotel is breakfast. DONT OMIT IT !

I know it is custom in Italy to ask for a persons identity card, such as a passport, when checking in. I would recommend to make a copy of the document immediately and return it to the customer, rather than keep it overnight. I refused to have my passport stored overnight at the reception desk, simply because I am responsible for this document at all times and I depend on it when traveling to different countries.

This property is located next to the parking lot of a shopping mall. The first room they offered was on the ground floor and we asked for another floor since the air conditioning was off for the fall and we did not feel comfortable leaving the window open. Although they did give us another, reception was not gracious about it. Breakfast was delicious and well stocked--the best of our trip.

A very good hotel, quiet & ideally situated for our purpose. I'd read in a review that the breakfast wasn't up to much, but we found it very good, with a big selection and staff on hand to immediately replenish anything that ran out. We would definitely stay at the Hotel Nettuno again.

Our stay was very enjoyable! The hotel is easy to find, the rooms are modern, spacy and clean. The breakfast was nothing special however. It's good value for the $$$ though and we would recommend it to others.
