A truly outstanding hotel in almost every way. This hotel offers stunning value for money in every respect. Its location is perfect, only 5 minutes from all the main sights and it has a very charming appearance. I cannot praise this hotel more highly. As a frequent visitor to Italy with experience of many hotels, this has been the best I have yet seen. There are many lovely cafes and restaurants in the area and as Ferrara is not one of the more usual tourist destinations, they offer superb value for money. Ferrara is a lovely little city, well worth a visit.

Excellent room and excellent central location. Unfortunately, the reception area smelled badly and the breakfast room was dark. However, overall the staying was very pleasant.

Location is perfect, close to city center, with nice restaurants and bars in vicinity. My room was below the roof, with nice furniture, perfect bathroom, extra wardrobe, good air condition. I felt perfectly well.

A un centinaio di metri dalla Cattedrale di Ferrara, in una stradina straordinariamente tranquilla pur essendo così 'centrale', il Corte Estense è un hotel bello, pulito, con camere spaziose e arredi raffinati. Meritevole anche la sala delle colazioni, gentilissimo l'impiegato del turno di notte. Ben raggiungibile da un parcheggio che costa meno di 3€ al giorno; adiacente a un ristorante dove si può gustare la cucina tipica a un buon prezzo. Attenzione però al frigo bar: i prezzi non sono indicati e a noi una bottiglietta d'acqua è costata ben 4€!!!

On arrival airco was cut off.. temp at room was about 34°.. on request no ice available.. even after 24hrs...price of 1 glass minerable water... more then 4 euro's!more expensive then a glass of wine!!
