STRUCTURE
Charly Hotel Residence is a new construction which was inaugurated on June 30th, 2007. The hotel is composed of 63 units such as single, double, triple and four-bedrooms as well as one- and two-room apartments which are equipped with a wide range of modern conveniences in order to meet all the requirements of our guests.
The hotel is located at about 400 meters from the seaside, along the main street and has a large private parking space. Reception and Bar are at your disposal round the clock.
In addition to the wide range of equipments of our rooms and apartments, we also offer upon request services like garage, wireless Internet and Sky Pay per View directly in your room.

When we arrived, we wondered if we had made the right decision as the hotel is on a fairly main road, BUT it turned out to be one of the best hotels we stayed at in our two weeks in Italy. We had a room at the back - huge, very modern, ultra clean, with a wonderful balcony. Plenty of free parking. The breakfasts were the best we had in all our stay - parma ham, everything fresh and the staff really helpful. The beach is only 100 yards away - we took the car as the road could be pretty busy. I would definitely recommend this hotel as a wonderful base to explore the Fermo area - and don't miss Monte de Parma! Great hotel. The hotel looks like a 1920s art deco building, which has been recently restored to a very high standard. English-speaking reception staff. We'll be back!

By car
From the north:
Take the A14 Motorway as far as the Macerata-Civitanova Marche exit, leave the Motorway and continue southwards on the S.S. 16 (main road n. 16), going through Porto Sant'Elpidio (km. 9), Lido Tre Archi and Casabianca di Fermo (km. 4), after which you will come to Lido di Fermo (km. 1).The Hotel is on the right, 300 mt. after the cross roads for the Lido di Fermo Lungomare (Sea front)
From the south:
Take the A14 Motorway as far as the Fermo-Porto San Giorgio exit, leave the Motorway and continue northwards, on the SS 16 (main road n. 16), going through Porto San Giorgio (km. 5), after which you will come to Lido di Fermo (km. 2). The Hotel is on the left.
By train

From the Ancona-Falconara Airport (km.50)
Take the A14 Motorway at the Ancona North toll gate, and then follow the "From the north" instructions given above.
