Very clean, big rooms and bathrooms, good value for money

The quietness of rooms is not so good... it is possible to hear people talking loud. Near to sanctuary. The breakfast is wonderful. Very beautiful hotel. It is really a four stars hotel.

It's a nice hotel, but is not convinient, better to have a car.

New hotel, luxury level, clean and very large rooms and public areas, well decorated and kept. We stayed just one night - but we wish we had more of this level of hotels in Portugal for this money. I believe it to be the best value for money around town, and most convenient location.

Extremely near the sanctuary. Great breakfast. the only negative note is that the waiters in the breakfast time are not helpfull at all, i had to ask where to find the forks, the coffe mug ( if its a buffet there should be plenty of them and if the waiter has to put them in your table he or she should be paying attention to it) ..it happened .probably because a big group was just leaving the place but for this particular kind of hotel is a bad service that could be improved.

Beet hotel experience of our three-week trip!

This was an excellent property and our #1 hotel while traveling in Portugal. It was about 1.5 blocks from the Basilica. It was just a little tricky finding it, but turned out be just off of a main street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were awesome - spacious, modern, very clean. Parking our car was easy as they had a garage. Restaurant food was good. Breakfast was included.

Very comfortable hotel, and very close to the Basilica area. People at the hotel reception and in the restaurant were very friendly and always helpful.
