Our check in person could not speak English but she found someone who could. We were delayed going to dinner and found the local restaurants were closed. They kept the hotel restaurant open late just for us. The meal was delicious. The hotel staff was super cooperative. Only disappointment was no one told us there is a nightly candle ceremony at the basilica so we missed it.
