we stay here because we have an early flight the next morning, but it is truly quiet at night than the other hotel where we stayed in downtown.

During out stay, we dealt with three staff members, two were excellent and could not have been more helpful and the other was rude and extremely unfelpful (night shift reception).

The hotel is undergoing a renovation process at the moment and the restaurant is closed. They serve breakfast at the bar/lounge. Taxi in to city centre takes about 10 minutes. The hotel is perfect for people who wants accommodation close to the airport.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

Use of the ADSL Internet Point is not included in the price and costs €1,00 for 10 minutes.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations made after 12 noon 2 days prior to arrival will be charged 1 night full and the remainder booking cancelled in full.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
