We were just spending the night in the Ancona area before catching a ferry to Split, Croatia, and this hotel fit the bill. The setting could intimidate some in that it isn't close to anything and it seems to be surrounded by a close military complex. But it was quiet, air conditioned and reasonably inexpensive. I would certainly stay again in similar circumstances.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
The rates iclude braekfast and vat. Only ten rooms are provided with air conditioning.The restaurant is opened from monday to saturday and for the hotel customer there id a price fixed menu at 15€. The hotel can dispose of three tennis court that can be freely used by customers.

CANCELLATION POLICY
The customer has to cancell 48 hours before arrival otherwise the entire rate of the stay will be charged. If a costumer leaves the hotel before the date indicated in the reservation, will be charged for the entire stay.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
