The hotel was excellent, with lovely views from every room. However, it might help future visitors if a description of the car parking facilities were included. One has to drive down a spiral way to reach the car park, which is not very pleasant & not to be recommended for nervous drivers! People should be warned. In addition, for those like my husband who do not go in to lifts, the hotel could be a problem, as there are many levels. This aside, we enjoyed our stay.

We thought this was great. We have three children and always need two rooms. thiw worked well because there was a couch one child could sleep on. The view was incredible. The pool was beautiful, crowded but really nice. Breakfast was way too expensive but the hotel gave us a break since we have three kids. it was not walking distance to the town so we had to drive to Eze and it was difficult to find parking. Overall it was wonderful. They were very helpful and nice. We will go back.

NEGATIVES: 1-The terrace is connected with the others, so people may walk in front of your room and look inside. This forces to keep the curtains closed. 2-The sun light enters the room and you should wear an eye mask or have a very early wake up! 3-The gym is extremely poor 4-employees are poor in any language but French. POSITIVES: 1-the pool is tiny, but nice 2-the view is nice, 3-Good surroundings, Monte Carlo, Eze Village, Cap D'Ail. This is good for families, spending the morining at the beach, afternoon in the pool and night in the sorrounding restaurants or in Monte Carlo. ciao

We had the presidential continuation because the reserved traditional room was not in fact not free. A good news. But the room was infested spiders...

Hotel Les Terrasses d' Eze was a rather disappointing experience. Once you move beyond the chic lobby you find yourself in a run down hotel. Everything (lift, furniture, carpets etc.) seems to be old and in need of renovation. Still, we had some fun, for example opening/closing the toilette door required throwing yourself against it. Not so funny was the malfunctioning of the air condition because there were no windows to be opened. Moreover, hotel management warned of leaving open the terrace door because of danger of burglary. To sum it up: As it is now, Les Terrasses d' Eze cannot be recommended. Visit Eze and all its surrounding beauties, but stay in another hotel.

Perhaps it was the low season, but the hospitality of the staff was quite insufficient considering the price. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is probably the only affordable decent place to stay in Eze (others are tiny nicely located taverns/hotels and the glamorous chateau itself). It is at a distance from the centre of the little town and not a walking one- you'll need a 5 min drive up the hill after dinner at the chateau or much recommended Mas Provencal. However, the view from the terrace is beautiful and the swimming pool very zen. It was a bit chilly up there compared to Nice, because at the night of our stay a cloud descended right on our terrace!

This hotel has definitely seen better days. There is not enough parking in the summer and the hotel staff was rather unapologetic about it. However, it offers comfortable accommodations with one of the most spectacular views on the Mediterranean at a price of a 2-star dump in New York City.

Swimming pool was over crowded with kids, and quietness was not as expected : too bad. Clientele is mainly German, Dutsch, English with kids. They do go to the beach, then they invade the swimming pool.

Spacious room (decoration a little bit old fashion though), welcoming and competent staff, magnific view, very good price/quality ratio. It is the 2nd time we reserved this hotel and surely not the last time.

The price could have been a little bit lower. The views from the rooms? picture-card perfect. Will I visit again? You bet.

Very nice place, rooms are cumfortable and really spacious, but the staf is not very efficient, as well as the service provided. We do think that it is not a 4 stars hotel, it does not offer all facilities attended for this price.

Hotel parking a little difficult. Reception area & pool very pleasant with a great view to the sea. Bedrooms would appear to need refurbishment although they were quite clean and spacious. It would appear the hotel is not being maintained at its former glory.

Location and view were exceptionnal, as expected. A litte pity that our room was not ready at our arrival in the afternoon ... and that the staff 'forgot' to offer some drink to help waiting.

Accueil lamentable, service inexistant et qualité du restaurant en dessous de tout. Le pire des fast food aurait offert mieux. Seul le site est irréprochable.

We were very happy with our stay. Quality and standard of rooms, restaurant and general service was very good. Location of the property and view was exceptional. Only problem during our stay was the fact that our room safe was not working and couldn't be repaired, and we had to use the hotel's safety deposit box which was a little inconvenient.

Hotel with an excellent location and wonderful sea views. Rooms are spacious and quite comfortable (though the bedding was somewhat hard). Plusses: swimming pool and air-conditioning. However, although the staff was very polite and efficient, they seemed at times cold and aloof. A good hotel which I found quite expensive, but there again I suppose you are paying for the view!
