Hotel Hermitage Eze - Eze

The room was perfectly nice, but it was directly on a busy road with no view. We were not able to change the room. The pool area also was on the road and not very pretty. The hotel is far from Eze, which has pluses and minuses-- away from the crowds but not convenient for seeing Eze and certainly not accessible to any nice views.

The Hotel Hermitage is fantastic. It's so warm and welcoming and you feel at home straight away. We discovered that eating meals (dinners) at the hotel restaurant is a gourmet experience and could have eaten our way through the whole menu if we had stayed there longer. It's a hidden gem! It's advisable to have a car as the hotel is a little outside the centre of Eze. The entrance to the national park is right next door and we enjoyed having long walks and admired the fantastic views over the coast and mountains.

Very good location, normal price. Nice rooms and bathroom, could be a bit cleaner.Nice surroundings. The breakfast could be a bit better.Quite, spacious hotel. Overall, a very nice hotel.

Beautiful sea view from terrace. Room very small. Would like to have seen breakfast included in rates, as at other hotels we visited. Very cordial greeting when we arrived. Food seemed expensive

Our experience at the Hotel Hermitage Eze was good. The rooms were clean but too small.

The hotel is a very nice place to stay if you have a car. The upper corniche passes by and is on the south and on the see- side of the hotel. So the very good rooms may have some noise due to traffic. We stayed in december and slept we closed windows. One could take a room on the north side without see view, than you have no noise at all. You reache Eze Nice and the highway quickly without trafic problems. very good restaurant with reasonable prices. The breackfast was good: excellent croissant, fresh bread, choice of marmelade. No cheese or saussages, no buffet.

The hotel was located away from heavy traffic areas and was very quiet at night. In the morning though, heavy construction traffic woke us up. The construction will not go on forever, so this will pass. Great patio for having drinks and chatting.

I tried to get 2 beds in the room and sent a couple of requests but never heard anything back. This is my main complaint. The hotel should offer a shuttle service to Eze Village as it is much too far away to walk to the village and the taxi service was not reliable when I was there.

It was very pleasant and a really wonderful hotel. Do not stay here if you don't have a car. The facilities are great and the food is fantastic. If you have a car you will enjoy it much more than we did, though we really liked it.

Charming property on the top of the ridge. Room was small but very nice, bed comfortable (a bit short for a 6'4" person) bath is modern. Ask for a room on the back side of the hotel, the view is to a beautiful gorge! Very easy access to Eze Village & Monaco- and lots less money! Pool & outdoor eating area very nice. Tasty breakfast, rolls, breads - good coffee!
