Our room was furnished in a traditional style, which was very attractive. The location was ideal for walking around in the town and seeing all the sites. The hotel provided us with very good information and maps about the town. As we have no Portuguese language, the English ability of the staff was really helpful. The only negative would be that the restaurant/bar staff were not particularly attentive, especially as there seemed to be a sufficient number on duty. The reception staff on the other hand were very accommodating.

dont eat here. They are more uinterested in feeding bus tours than individual couples. Swervice took so long we left without eating. Get room in back. Front too noisy They collect trash at 11 p.m. Evora is a lovely place to visit.Other restaurants were very good.

The air conditioning was not working and it was extremely hot, no other room was available. The staff was unable to speak fluent english. I would not stay in this hotel again.

The hotel is ok, but in a city like Evora, you don´t expect a all-included-like hotel. Is too big for a cozy city like Evora.
