We have stayed at the Evora before and enjoyed the ambience there- it is a traditional hotel with traditional values. This year we noted that there had been significant refurbishment making it even more attractive. I love the roof top pool - so refreshing in the heat.

When we arrived at the hotel our room was not ready yet. we had to wait in the lobby for 45 minutes. They neither offered us an aperitif. Our room was ok, however breakfast is just enough. The hotel is not in the city center, so you have to go there by car.

Good clean room and a good price/quality value. The check-in/out staff was not very friendly and when I was standing in line waiting to check out they kept ignoring me and helped everyone who jumped the line in front of me. Very annoying to say the least. Other than that it was a good place and I would recommend it to others.
