Very good location; clean, large and quiet rooms with nice big balcony; parking nearby; train service to Lisbon. Paid internet access, no refrigerator.

Very good, apart from the night when we returned to the hotel dry (and sober) a few minutes before the bar was scheduled to close. The barman said he had cashed up and absolutely refused to serve us, simply because it wasa bit inconvenient for him

The only negative thing I can tell you that there are not too much restaurants and supermarkets in the neighbourhoud but it does not relate only to the hotel but Estoril.

The bathroom was filled with water.there was a problem with the bathtube.

We needed help on two specific occasions and each time the hotel staff solved our problems in a cheerful and efficient way It was also nice to stay in a hotel room which,apart from the bathroom, was totally carpeted which no doubt helped to deaden any sound from the rooms above ours.
