The bathroom was filled with water.there was a problem with the bathtube.

We needed help on two specific occasions and each time the hotel staff solved our problems in a cheerful and efficient way It was also nice to stay in a hotel room which,apart from the bathroom, was totally carpeted which no doubt helped to deaden any sound from the rooms above ours.
