The hotel is built in a gorgeous Andalusian style architecture and blends perfectly into the natural setting. There are beautiful gardens, with 2 fresh water outdoor pools and a children's pool. Guests can pamper themselves at the wellness and spa centre, and fun is assured with the kid's club and entertainment programme available in high season. Sport facilities include a paddle and tennis court and a fitness area. Also, there are several golf courses in the hotel surroundings.

The hotel has an excellent restaurant buffet, with show cooking for breakfast and dinner. There is also an à la carte restaurant in the pool area. Enjoy relaxing piano music at the piano bar, and chill out in the terrace, with panoramic sea views. METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to vacate the rooms not later than noon.

The use of the parking facilities is not included in the price and cost €6.50 per day.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of cancellation of bookings with less than 48 hours notification or failure to appear, your credit card will be charged for one night and the booking will be cancelled.
