This was our first visit to Esposende, and we were recommended the hotel by a friend who lives there. The hotel, restaurant and pool bar were all excellent. The food portions enormous, and the staff very friendly. An art exhibition in the piano bar area gave us the opportunity to buy an original painting, and the barman was friendly, funny and very competant. I would recomment this hotel and would definately stay there again. This is the difference between private hotels and big chains!

How to reach Hotel Suave Mar
By car
From South, take the A28 motorway, following the Viana do Castelo direction. Then take the 'Esposende' exit 9.
From North, take the A28 motorway, following the Oporto direction. Then take the 'Esposende' exit 9.
After the 3th roundabout, turn right, in the river side avenue.
Proceed, straight on, until the 2th roundabout. You will find the hotel on the right side.
By airplane
From the Francisco Sá Carneiro International airport: 40 km.
