I've been several times in Erice (I'm a Sicilian living in Finland) and this is the best hotel I've ever been in Erice. Hotel San Domenico is a small nicely decorated family-run hotel. Me and my husband really felt home there. I enjoyed a lot the breakfasts, all food was locally made and freshly baked. When talking with the owner I mentioned that I like a lot ricotta cakes (ricotta is a cheese typical of Sicily) and the morning after I found a delicious ricotta cake she had just baked for my breakfast!

This was one of our favorite hotels during our month long trip to Sicily. Every part of the room and hotel common areas were perfectly appointed. The staff helped in us from making reservations to where we wanted to have dinner....where to shop....where to see the best views of town. I LOVE THIS HOTEL. I cannot stress enough on how this is the place to stay in Erice whether its for one day or one week. I want to make a trip back to Erice just so I can stay at this hotel again

Take the A29 Palermo-Trapani, after about 70 km/44 miles exit at Trapani and follow the road signs for Erice.

By train
From Trapani train station: take the local bus to Erice or alternatively the cable car.

In case of cancellation the deposit will not be returned. In case of cancellation not notified 3 days prior to arrival or no-shows will be charged to credit card indicated the cost of the stay, less the deposit previously collected. In case of early departure, for whatever reasons, must be paid for the entire stay.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 20 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
