A very nice boutique hotel and excellent value relative to the average prices of hotels in Edinburgh. Our standard double room was quite small but very nicely appointed with an excellent monsoon shower, comfortable bed, and very quiet. Its also in a good location, just a short stroll from the Royal Mile. We also found the receptionists to be friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

My wife and I travelled to Edinburgh and spent 3 nights at the Ten Hill Place Hotel. We chose this hotel based on its location and positive reviews. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is well located with easy access to the centre of Edinburgh either by bus or walking. We had little need to interact with staff, but any dealings we did have were always positive. Would not hesitate to stay here again and to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well located facility.

It is a good location. Staff is kind. I found I had to ask for replenishment of teas in room and small things like that. Overall acceptable. Dining is so so, good days, less than good days, but it does depend on palate.

This hotel is in a good location for people who like a quieter location and yet is convenient for all the Edinburgh sights. It is surrounded by medical teaching facilities. Some walking is required but it is pleasant and interesting. The hotel staff was quick to meet our needs. The hotel itself is comfortable and the rooms are large and modern with an emphasis on being eco-friendly. Ten Hill Place Hotel seems to be a good value compared to other places in Edinburgh and we would go back again.
