This quaint hotel is ideal for those who want to experience the full force of Edinburgh's buzzing cultural and arts scene while staying in a small hotel with lots of personality and reasonable prices.
The Regent House Hotel has a luggage room allowing guests a little flexibility when checking-in or checking-out, as well as free wireless Internet access throughout. There is also a safe for storing documents and passports only.
The stay was great and the hotel pleasant and clean. Breakfast was great and dining room was very welcoming. Only drawbacks were the stairs and very tiny bathroom.

The stay was great and the hotel pleasant and clean. Breakfast was great and dining room was very welcoming. Only drawbacks were the stairs and very tiny bathroom.

Excellent location - easy walk to city centre. Great value for price. Close to some nice eating houses and bars. We arrived late in the night and even with a prior booking the young msle at reception seemed annoyed that we had interrupted his TV show. Other than this a nice place to stay.

Staff were friendly and welcoming and the continental breakfast was execellent. Our room was in the basement , only one there and on a very busy weekend - seemed a bit run down - other rooms may be higher quality

The room was very nice, we felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, the status of the bathroom was not so good: it was clean but the shower was moulded.

At Picardy Place Roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Broughton Street. Turn right at Forth Street, where the hotel is located.
