Staff were friendly and welcoming and the continental breakfast was execellent. Our room was in the basement , only one there and on a very busy weekend - seemed a bit run down - other rooms may be higher quality

The room was very nice, we felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, the status of the bathroom was not so good: it was clean but the shower was moulded.

How to reach Regent House Hotel
By airplane
From Edinburgh Airport: take the airport bus from the airport to Waverley Railway Station, which is only a 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. Head north on the A7/North Bridge towards A1/A8/Waterloo Place. Turn right at the A1/A8/Waterloo Place and then left at Leith Street. At Picardy Place Roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Broughton Street. Turn right at Forth Street, where the hotel is located.
