The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, while still in the heart of the city, just a 15 minute walk from the West End of Princes Street as well as being conveniently located within walking distance of Edinburgh's many tourist attractions and the city's main business districts. It is also only a 5 minute walk to one of Edinburgh’s main bus routes and a 10 minute walk from Haymarket Train Station.

Our bar is open daily and serves a wide variety of traditional Scottish malts, wines, bottled and tap beers and lagers. This venue is a great place to relax and a quiet drink, meet with friends, watch international sporting events on the two large television screens or listen to live music. Live music nights take place each month. Please contact us for details of upcoming events.

Please note, we do not have lift facilities in the hotel and rooms are located over 3 floors all accessible by stairs. Free wifi internet access is available in the public areas of the hotel and left luggage facilities are available.

Cancelling a booking within 2 days of the arrival date or failure to arrive at the hotel on your booked day of arrival will see the equivalent of one nights room rate charged to the credit card details provided to us with the booking and your booking will be cancelled for any further nights you have booked.
