Nearly every member of staff we encountered were warm, friendly and happy to help. The room was pristine and well equipped. The buffet breakfast was excellent and what a beautiful restaurant. The only small criticism I have was that it wasn't made clear from the outset that the room keycard is required to operate the lift. Unfortunately, the member of staff who pointed this out to us was the patronising one. I would definitely recommend this hotel - excellent location and with a good room rate from Venere, it was worth the price.

Great design, very comfortable rooms and competent staff. Prices at the bar and for breakfast were relatively reasonable given type of hotel and location.
