Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. CANCELLATION POLICY
The first night's stay will be charged as a non-refundable deposit on the
day of booking. Guests may cancel up to 7 days before date of arrival
without further charge. In case of a no-show the total amount of the
reservation will be charged.
