By car
From the N3 National Road, pass the Pavillion Shopping Centre and follow the indications to Durban City/Stad, at the traffic lights of Commercial Road. Go straight passing 4 sets of traffic lights and turn right into Soldiers Way. Pass other two sets of traffic lights and turn left into Ulundi Place. The Royal Hotel is on the right hand side.

By airplane
From Durban International Airport, follow the indications to N2 and turn right following the N2 North Coast and merge onto the M4 Durban City/Stad. Exit at Esplanade and turn left.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime after 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. A 50% deposit will be charged on the credit card 14 days prior the arrival date (Check-In).
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 30 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
