Relexa Hotel Airport Düsseldorf / Ratingen - Ratingen, Düsseldorf

I can't say anything about the web page since we stayed at the hotel before and so we didn't check the web page again. As I have to fill in something to get this questionaire sent I marked everything with 10 - so these ratings are of no real value! The hotel is absolutely perfect: it combines high standard for an adaquate price and the short distance to the airport. Public transport is good so that it's not necessary to take a taxi to the airport. The staff at the reception were very helpful giving us necessary information about bus connections and places in Ratingen and the waiter in the breakfast room did his job well - he was very attentive.

I would recomend this hotel

The internet in rooms in pricey. The lobby, though, has unlimited free Wi-Fi. Along with a nice bar, it made our evenings. Despite the hotel being in vicinity of Dusseldorf airport, we was not disturbed by any aircraft noise at all. The hotel staff is competent and extremely friendly. I would recommend this hotel to a corporate segment - it is designed for business conferences and all.

The hotel was an excellent place to overnight in the proximity of the Düsseldorf airport. The taxi drive to the terminal was about 10 euros and to the S-bahn station about 7 euros. Some renovation would be however highly appreciated at least in part of the rooms. The rooms seem to have a slight 80-90 style. The public areas and the restaurant were however extremely good and modern. The pricing scheme at the presentation was a bit confusing: e.g. the breakfast was not included in the price but it was still worth every 17 euros.

Overall the hotel was very nice and the food at the restaurant was good. The only negative point during my stay was the problem with the WIFI. It took too long to get the problem fixed.

It is not at the airport. It was a rather lengthy cab ride from there. We had to walk twenty minutes to get to the ONE restaurant anywhere near the place. It was a pizza joint, but fortunately quite good, and the people there were nice. One point in favor of the hotel: Their phones were out, but they were going to come up to our room to wake us up.
