Very clean and comfortable hotel. Bargin price. It's a little difficult to find the location at night and can't arrive without car. Despite these issue, it's a very good qualiy hotel.

Among the reservation information, there should be somekind of announcement for the people who arrive first time to the hotel at night that there is no 24h reception. During night you can easily login to the hotel by using the computer next to the door if you know this. This time we had to wake up teh hotel staff who were very nice and helped us to login with the computer. All this would have been easily avoided if there would be a little reminder among the reservation papers. Thank you! We had a nice trip and the hotel was clean and quiet, which was great!

From Dusseldorf, Cologne, Oberhausen A52 and A3 - At Breitscheider Motorway interchange follow A52 to Essen. Exit Rat./Breitscheid onto B227 left to Mulheim (coming from Essen turn right to Mulheim). After Real-Superstore, turn right and follow the green hotel route towards Lintorf.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. Check-in: The reception desk is open from 6 a.m. to midnight. After midnight check-in can be made providing the reservation number at the automatic check-in terminal.
Check-out: not later than midday.

CANCELLATION POLICY
A reservation may be cancelled at no charge until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. Cancellation after 6 p.m. will be charged with 100% of the amount from your credit card. If you arrive off the receptions opening hours please contact the hotel directly. You will receive a reservation number for checking in at our Check-In terminal.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
