The room I was in was too crowded with furniture. As it was cold & rainy I wasn't able to go out as much as if it was sunny & warm, but the breakfast is outstanding, the location is great, just guess I was quite disappointed with the weather!! I was in Dublin 3 nights, 4 days...SOLID RAIN!!!

Enjoyable stay at The Castle Hotel, warm cosy and away from all the noise of the city. Friendly staff. Didn't realise our room wouldn't have a bath. Car park was difficult to find for our first visit to this hotel. Outside directions would be useful as we had to double park and risk running into reception to quickly ask for directions. A larger carpark would be ideal but staff dealt with moving our car for us whenever needed which was good. However, you can't help but wonder if your car is ok in case it might get accidentally hit in the crowded surroundings.

Breakfast facilities need a lot of improvement: Short staffed, too long wait times, very slow service with too much of confusion.

Very good service, free wireless in each rooms, too. There is a pub inside, some music during the evening. It's 100 mts far from Connel Street, wonderful for shopping.

A very comfortable hotel in the typical style, very beautiful, you need to follow a maze to get to your room. Lots of character, adorable!

Consigliato.

Friendly old place with great late night bar. A little worn around the edges, but for 100 euro on St Patrics day, cannot be beat!
