877-662-6988Recently refurbished, the Tara Towers Hotel provides comfortable modern accommodation, with free parking for rugby fans following the 6 Nations tournament, as well as tourists and business guests. Everyone feels at home as soon as they walk into the lobby, as the plush armchairs provide comfy seating next to the crackling open fire, an ideal place to sit down and use the wireless Internet access to surf the net.
After a busy day, guests can relax with a bite to eat, a coffee or something stronger in the Branagan's traditional Irish pub. You can even treat yourself to a special meal at the excellent on-site Ocras Restaurant. Such a warm atmosphere combined with ample conference facilities also make this a superb location for business meetings. Free newspapers are also available for guests at reception.
The only down side to this hotel was the showers in the bathroom. It could do with investing in a power shower. The shower in the hotel is nothing more than a dribbl...

At Branagan's traditional Irish pub at Tara Towers Hotel guests will enjoy live music and the major sporting events on the large flat screens. The bar serves both local and imported beers and offers the ideal meeting venue for after-work drinks and family celebrations. -

The only down side to this hotel was the showers in the bathroom. It could do with investing in a power shower. The shower in the hotel is nothing more than a dribble, there was more power in the hand basin. Also the water was cold in the shower. Very disapointed about this.

First time in Tara Towers. The bedding size was great, sheets needed revamping, tired room, grubby windows, frayed curtains, shower tile grout desperately needed cleaning. Very good breakfast. OK for the price. Good location out of the city with great harbour views if you get given one of those rooms. Only a few TV channels.Aircon unit outside our room was noisy which made sleeping difficult.

By airplaneFrom Dublin International Airport: take the Patton Flyer Bus from the airport to Dalkey, via the Port Tunnel. The first bus departs from Dublin Airport at 5 a.m. and the last bus departs at midnight. The Tara Towers Hotel is a requested stop, so please ask the bus driver.
Alternatively, take the Dublin Bus Airlink, numbers 747 or 748, to Connolly Station; then take the DART (train) going South to Booterstown Station. The Tara Towers Hotel is across the road.
