compared to the other hotels in the area whose service was fantastic i was disappointed it took ages to check out which shouldn't have happened as it was pre booked and credit card scanned. also not informed of the restaurants etc in the hotel so went also where for meals. we were placed on the 6 the floor the end room which was difficult as i had walking problems which i notified the hotel by e mail beforehand. the main benefit was the access to the airport bus to and from the hotel which we used both times and for that reason you are ideated situated. i do intend to travel to Dublin quite a lot in the coming months.

I must say that this was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in for some time. The staff were abrupt and unwelcoming. We were put in a smoking room despite having a young child and when I asked to move I had to carry my own bags to the new room. the beds and pillows were hard and we did not have a good nights sleep. Next morning after checkout at 0700 we observed several members of staff at reception joking and leering at ladies coming on duty. We were not asked how our stay was. very unprofessional.

Overall we had a poor experience at this hotel. It is not designed for families and we experienced several issues during our stay. The staff worked hard to try and resolve the issues but overall I would not stay here again and would not recommend it

Car parking worked out expensive even with token to reduce price. The time of 5.30 for kids to be out of the pool is crazy normally 7.30 or 8.30. As a family it should be later as you may be in the centre of the city and be back to early to use it. Because of this we may not be staying in the hotel again. The staff were very good and did let us use it later the your normal times.

The food was good and the room was fine, however noisy if staying with children at night.

It was our first time to stay at Hotel Maldron and we would definitely stay there again. We were in Dublin for a show in The Bord Gais Energy Theatre and found the hotels location very convenient for the Theatre. Breakfast was also good with a good selection to choose from.

No fridge in the room ( as written on the website) but ice dispenser in the corridor very useful. Internet connection free in the room, very silent, room clean and spacious. The only disappointing thing has been the air conditioners situated around the pool shooting cold air toward the pool, so cold you couldn't stand round the side of the pool. We told three times to the young girls at the reception but it didn't change for the two days we tried to spend time in the water.

The staff was incredibly helpful and polite at Maldron. The rooms were also clean and big enough, and it was great to have extra facilities such as a swimming pool and training centre.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Peut-être un peu loin du centre (à environ 15 minutes de marche). Chambre très comfortable et propre par contre la piscine et les vestiaires un peu moins.
