Hotel in very good location. Same as other reviews, noisy at night but didn't affect us as we weren't banking on early nights. Room very small but had all we needed. Very good value, would stay again.

Really nice hotel a few steps from St. Stephen's Green. As it concerns the quiteness of the room, we were given a triple room in the second floor and we had no problem with the noise coming from the nightclub. I think 'cause we were almost every night there! :-) I'll definitely get there again if I have the chance to get back in Dublin!

I enjoyed my stay and will definitely return in the future. I had a room on the 3rd floor and the music from the bar didn't bother me at all. The hotel was very easy to find and within walking distance to Trinity College, Grafton, Temple Bar, etc. The full Irish breakfast of sausage, eggs, bacon, beans, toast, coffee, and juice was delicious. The bed was comfortable and the bath tub was huge. My only complaint is the water pressure, it was non existant. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

Stayed in Dublin for one night and chose this hotel as it was a cheap option. Firstly, we had seen the warnings regarding the noise but mistakenly thought that the nightclub would not be busy on a Monday night. Be aware that the nightclub is open 7 nights a week. Thus we were kept awake til 3am by the thumping bass from the music. Earplugs to lessen the noise were offered in our welcome note, but were unavailable at the reception as they had none. We found the room to be small but adequate for a short stay. Nothing like the photo though, just very plain. The bathroom looked a little dirty, e.g. grubby grout and sealant around bath. Not major but just makes it look unclean. On a positive note, the breakfast was great and the dining area looked very plush. Nice walk away from the busy city centre, approx 15mins. I would say this hotel is fine if you plan to party and stay out late or use their nightclub, but should be avoided if you just want a good, undisturbed sleep.

The hotel room and the hotel were great in terms of the room itslef and location in Dublin. The only problem was that Room 1A was located facing the street , next door to the busiest night club in Dublin. If you aim to be up until 4 am each morning anyway then the room will be fine for you. However if you expect to sleep before 4 am then find a hotel located on anoter street.

The Hotel would have been almost perfect, especially for location and service without the disco downstairs going on with very high volume music until abt 4 A.M. In the summer even worse because the ceiling was removed and there was no acoustic insulation whatsoever as a shield. On arrival we were made sign a declaration that asked us to accept this condition and we were given a pair of soft earplugs. I think that to be fair the web presentation should at least mention the problem.

Too Noisy. I read in the Hotel information that we could experience some nois late at night. During the 5 days we stayed there, the music and the extreme noise from downstairs was terrible. It wasn't quite until 3-4 am in the morning. That does not quite correspond with the homepage of the hotel. However, the hotel was situated prfectly just south of St. Stephens Green. Short way everywhere.

We had great difficulty finding the hotel - partly because we arrived in the night time and the street signs in Dublin are either non-enxistant or very difficult to see in the night. The hotel is very dated, but has fairly large and very clean rooms - the car parking as advertised was not available, but we were given a discount voucher for a nearby secured car park. There was a nightclub downstairs in this hotel - and the noise started at 11 pm and continued until 5 am. Dreadful night - no sleep - head aches - certainly wouldn't stay again. Only stayed the one night, then moved on.

Allucinante!

The Jackson Court Hotel is located in the heart of the city. Many interesting places are within walking distance. We stayed in a double room which was really really small. The worst thing was that there is a night club right into the hotel. Extremely noisy! You won't sleep until 3pm. Don't choose Jackson Court if you don't want to party all night or if you want a spacious room! Otherwise it's okay.
