Door to cupboards in one of the rooms were damaged. Difficult to shut the window due to poor handles. Could not sleep Saturday evening/night due to high music and crowds of people outside the hotel because of private arrangement in the basement of the hotel.

rooms with a view onto the street are very noisy. But the room with a view onto the court yard are ok. Staff is competent and kind and they allocated us another room the following morning. So our stay was excellent, the location of this hotel is great.

Great location, but staff wasn't very helpful with getting around the city. The hotel was quiet, also a great Irish band played most nights. Would stay again, as long as the price was still reasonable, but wouldn't for too much more.

We had no television reception in the room. We paid a higher rate because of the U2 concert that was entirely unjustified. The normal price is fine.

The hotel is very near to temple bar. The rooms are not very new, but the employees were very kind and gave us a warm welcome. The evening traditional music and dance show is a bit made-for-tourist but is really nice. They also offered to keep our bags for free after the check-out for the whole last day.
