Very nice hotel with very welcoming staff, rooms clean and confortable, public areas very lovely. However it is really a shame that there is no internet access in the rooms !

The hotel has a nightclub in the basement and the largest nightclub in Ireland is directly across the road. We literally felt like we were trying to sleep in a sub-woofer. Once the club closed at about 3am the street was full of hundreds of people trying to get taxis, shouting and fighting. Once that noise settled down (about 5am) all the people in the hotel who'd been to the club were stumbling round, slamming doors and we even had the delight of the people in the room upstairs throwing up out of their window. I would never stay again and I would warn anyone off staying there. There are no quiet rooms in the hotel - on check out all we saw was a steady stream of people with heavy eyes complaining of the noise from all floors and both the front and back of the hotel. Awful, awful, awful

I requested a quiet room when I phoned the number on the website. The request was repeated back to me but when I booked in I was told that I would have had to ring the hotel direct. This is not on!

Old hotel with antic charm. Rooms are spacious and clean and location is perfect for young travelers looking for fun and adventure. It is located in the nereby center of the city and the street is very loud during the night. Annex of the hotel was in renovation so we get very good price for the room.
