A well placed hotel just a short bus ride from the city centre or 25 minute walk. Room was on the executive floor and good value. Did not bother with full Irish breakfast, plenty of cafes nearby.

The hotel was up there with the other good hotels that we have stayed at in Dublin. Because it was a warm weekend, the room could have done with air-condtioning and a mini fridge for drinks. But my wife and I enjoyed our stay all the same. The free car parking also helped us decide to stay at this hotel.

Wonderful helpful, friendly staff - great buzz about the place, without being loud/overbearing - breakfast most disappointing - - location brill for town, theatre, RDS, all within walking distance - rooms soundproof which was a real bonus - no sounds of late night revellers making their way to rooms or traffic - good value

This hotel was extremely good value for money, especially for Dublin, which is an expensive city. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the downtown area (if you are in reasonably good shape and don't mind walking), which is nice when you want to enjoy the downtown but avoid the noise at night. There is also a tram line nearby, although the closest stop to the Temple Bar area is still about a 5 minute walk away. The rooms were spacious, the hotel staff helpfully allowed us to check in early, and we were very pleased with our stay. This was our second time in Dublin, and for our next trip, we will likely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was a little expensive for the location but was of good quality and service was good. Close enough to walk to city centre but was quite a long walk.

Overall the hotel was fine except for the appalling service that we received when making a complaint. At 6.45am the bathroom fan came on in the bathroom and would not shut up. Two complaints were made, the first one was ignored and when we returned in the evening we complained again. The attitude of the receptionist was it will switch off at 11pm. our comments about it switching itself on again at 6.45 am were completely ignored and so it did!. the fan was so loud you could hear it down the corridor and it woke our companion up who was in the next room but at least 15 meters from the location of the fan. considering we were paying 145€ for our room and it was on the 'executive floor ' I would have expected an executive service. Would we stay there again? NO. The least we could expect was courtesy and having our complaint taken seriously

Location is not central to Dublin city but the hotel has a bus stop nearby which takes you straight into the city. Breakfast was included and was very good.

Welcoming very rude by one man at the reception arguing about the "venere" reservation and pretending in a very rude way the payment with a credit card. I try and explain something about the venere system to pay,.. but he was very suspicious and rude.

The hotel was overall just as expected by booking through venere. The hotel is not that close to the city, but within walking distance to bus link to the airport and open top "hop on- hop off sightseeing tour bus". Staff very friendly to children. The breakfast was good, a bit expensive we thought. The room was clean, bathromm o.k. and the bar food also. We preferred the location as it was very quiet at night. We would definitely choose this hotel again at another stay in dublin.

This is the perfect hotel for those who are able to walk into town but don't want the noise and bustle of Dublin town centre. There is a pub attached to the hotel with live music on which was brilliant!
