The bathrooms could use some renovation. It might have been a four star hotel but beause of the worn out furniture and not-so-new bathrooms drop the rating to three stars. It is a grand and big hotel, nice surroundings, staff is friendly and everything runs smoothly. If you don't expect a luxury hotel, you don't get disapppointed. We didn't so we were not. The rooms were clean, water boiler and coffee/tea/milk/sugar were provided every day, new bottles of spring water every day, rooms were cleaned and taken care of every day. All and all, we were satisfied.

Really enjoyed the hotel and staff. Although there was no fitness center, pool, tissues, or coffee/hot water maker, the room and surroundings were very nice. We would gladly go back again.
