Not the quality of the "4 star label". Several of the desk staff were unhelpful,had an attitude.ex. no hair blower in room and much difficulty in getting one. No one to answer questions,ie concierge to assist with Dublin theater,and things about town. Got the impression this hotel changed hands and went down in quality. (All the B&B's had hair blowers)

We were very impressed with the hotel, and the price for the centre of Dublin. I didn't think you could get this accommodation for the price. I got my eyes lasered and that was the reason for our stay, so we really needed somewhere I could sleep after the surgery. I rang the hotel before and they said we could book in earlier than 2pm. The overall hotel was lovely, bed really comfortable. Staff at desk weren't overly friendly but other than that I would highly recommend the hotel.

L hotel non è proprio come la descrizione, è un pò fuori mano, circa 20 min a piedi fino a trinity college. Quando siamo arrivati non avevano un adattatore per le prese italiane e sono dovuto uscire per comprarlo al prezzo di 8 euro. La connessione non è affatto gratuita, o meglio dicono che hai 1 ora gratuita ma il codice per la promozione non funziona, se volete andare alla sala internet dell hotel il prezzo è di 2 euro ogni 15 min di connessione. I prezzi del pub sono alti, 2,50€ per una bottiglia di acqua da 250 ml. 15 euro per un panino con patatatine. Le stanze hanno la moquette che è piena di polevere e il bagno mostra molti segni di ruggine nella vasca, molto piccola. Siamo stati una settimana con la finestra chiusa, l hotel non ha aria condizionata, perchè rotta e non hanno neanche proposto di cambiarci la stanza. Posso dire che non tornerò in questo hotel che all apparenza sembra bello ma durante il soggiorno si possono scopire molte inefficenze.

les renseignements concernant l'acces a internet ne sont pas corrects car le client a droit uniquement a 30 minutes gratuites. Ensuite, il doit payer une carte pour les services internet. merci de le preciser pour les renseignements. bien situe pour l'acces en ville en marchant. Pas besoin de prendre un bus. Le bus AİRCOACH s arrete en face de l hotel pour l aeroport. Tres pratique

The hotel was as advertised on Venere and I have no real complaints. The check in desk staff weren't overly friendly but that could be because it was a busy week in Dublin. The hotel is not as far from the city centre as it appeared on the map and the walk was lovely. Also, the Airlink bus from the airport literally stops directly outside the hotel gate, which was great, especially on arrival. It was a clean, decent hotel and I'd have no problem staying there again.

paint was peeling from bathroom and the heat in room was unbearable. I left behind a phone charger and had to ring 4 times to secure it. One employee said they would post it to me in Cork, then another rang and said I'd be charged €8, which I questioned. I think such a light item (a cable..) should be posted for free as a sign of goodwill. Also I thought price was €50 per room, vut was charged €99.

Excellent value for money in a city which is becoming very expensive in comparison to others around Europe. Staff very fiendly as long as you did not go to the bar with an order for a lot of drink which at times was less than gratefully recieved

Excellent hotel in a very good location. Price was excellent compared ot other city centre hotels. However, I did have an issue with the duplicate charges being made by the hotel which is currently being resolved.
