The order I have placed on Venere was not transfered to the hotel. I got stuck with no place to stay in Dubai. Venere did not do their job ! The hotel tried to get me another room. I had to change 3 times to different hotels and they lost my luggage. Deficient service and no customer service.

If your plan when staying at this hotel is to try and get some sleep then let me warn you now, DO NOT STAY HERE. Despite the rooms being well fitted out, clean and of a modern comfortable appearance I doubt you will be able to sleep in them. This hotel has approximately 3 to 4 bars/night(Brothels???) clubs located with in the hotel that pump extremely loud music all night till 3 am in the morning every night of the week. Regardless of what room and what floor you happen to be staying in there is no escaping the loud repetitive sub frequency that relentlessly pump out. The staff and management despite the amount of repeat complaints from numerous guests were completely unwilling to help or resolve this problem. As far as I could tell they were more interested in accommodating the prostitutes and (non guest)patrons of these night clubs rather than be concerned with the comfort of paying guests. They even had the nerve to try and buy us off with the offer of a cheap wrist watch for my wife as compensation!?! Which we chose to ignore. When booking the accommodation I had specifically requested in a detailed message for the hotel to arrange transport from the airport to the hotel leaving my mobile number as a secondary contact to my email. After landing in Dubai at Midnight I was annoyed to find no transport had been arranged and was met with complete ignorance and incompetence from the staff at the hotel when I called them to inquire why it had not been arranged. I would strongly discourage anyone from staying at the Ramee Royal Hotel and if possible I will avoid any other hotel affiliated with this chain in future. The Ramee and it's incompetent staff completely ruined our short stay in Dubai and it would be of great benefit to the world if this hotel was to be hit with some kind of natural disaster and be wiped from the face of the planet.
