I stayed in a superior room that is really good, I had everything I need. I was surprised how the staff was friendly. They are the most kindness people I ever met! I came in with a lot of luggage and with out asking they help me carry it to my room. They treated me as a queen! I am quite satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel to other people!

An awasome place the staff is too much compitent . i had an incident with the taxi driver and the front office officer was extreemly possitive on my side and helped me dealing the situation so nicely. i was more than happy to stay here . it is the best proposition for the money spent.

Really great welcoming, we've been treated like old customers. Service is great. The hotel is actually located on a narroway running close to the city's highway, but it is always easy to park and leave. Beach service is great (DHS 80 per day), car valet is free at both locations. They also presented a nice big cake with "Happy Anniversary" on, to me and my wife. Really a lovely surprise!!! We will return
