Probably the most expensive hotel we have ever stayed in - certainly not the best. have stayed in better 4 star hotels. Staff were very obliging but not always competent or prompt. Ate in 3 restaurants - very ordinary. parts of the hotel looked quite run down and in need of renovation.

Hotel was being renovated, lots of workers and noise. There was no price reduction due to that. It is dominated by Russians and so you feel like in Mother Russia. It is situated next to the mosque and thus you have to listen to muezzin late at night and early in the morning. Otherwise service delivered by employees was at very high level and caring.

purtroppo in hotel ho subito un furto di € 100,00 che ovviamente non mi sono state restituite.L'hotel non si e' assunta nessuna responsabilita'in quanto nelle camere vi sono le casseforti.Per il resto l'hotel E' si sulla spiaggia di jumeirah ma vicinissimo a tutte le attrazioni.Prendere taxi e' semplice a qualsiasi ora del giorno.Il cibo in generale e' ottimo tranne al ristorante libanese e a quello arabo dove il menu' e praticamente identico.Non prenotate la mezza pensione xche' non e' compresa la colazione....o pranzo o cena....ci credete?ho viaggiato in tutto il mondo e la mezza pensione(hb)e' sempre stata colazione pranzo o cena......al dubai marine beach no....Mha?!Dimenticavo a fine soggiorno ho trovato addebitato sulla mia camera consumazioni mai fatte che sono riuscito a far stornare xche'non avevano le ricevute firmate.....anche in questo caso x la prima volta.....(viaggio da 20 anni e ne ho 38).Mi stupisce che accadano queste cose in un albergo 5 stelle lusso.se dovessi tornare a dubai sicuramente sceglierei un altra sistemazione.Spero di essere stato utile.Grazie e alla prossima

Excellent resort, close to beaches, staff are welcoming and freindly, all amenities, only downside is that it is next to a mosque and you might be waken at 4:30am by the morning prayers! Otherwise, we loved our stay there and would go back.
