Average good hotel with nice surrounding for singel and family travellers. Near to BurJuman center(10/15 min walk), 24 hours open supermaket Spinneys(5 min walk) and easy to get a taxi. All though, some of the staff at the hotel should be better trained to deal with guests, and do their up most to meet requeirments that are normal to expect from a hotell. Like take notice of what has been written in the reservation, and make sure that it is in order by the time guest checks in.

Staff were nice people but the desk was disorganized or they had too bureaucratic a process to follow. Many times there were lines at the desk. There was no concierge to ask questions of so all had to ask the desk. My room was fine as described. The breakfast was fine with lots or variety. The colors were too dark for me. There was a very smoky smell every time I went through the lobby. Gross.
