Hotel Regent Palace Dubai - Dubai

When we arrived in the hotel the woman told me that NO RESERVATION there was at my name. I had to show the print of reservation to have a room and they tried do not confirm the rate. After many complains they accepted the reservation and rate. For each question the girl came to director because she was without any experience. Also we have a problem with the sink and after 4 calls and 1 hour, a maintenance operator arrived.

Airport drop service provided by Hotel at 50 AED. Internet connection costs 35 AED per hour (in blocks of hours).

I ve stay in this hotel many many times, i like because is very close to Burjuman shopping shopping centre just opposite. This time when i arrived no rooms was available till late so when i check in they upgrade me, and when i arrive offer me a full breakfast voucher as well. I arrive in the hotel a 7am, and normally the checking time was much later. I like they breakfast very much because it is oriented Indian with of course continental choices as well. I like to try different foods. The staff is very good specially cleaning staff they clean the rooms as soon as asked. The only problem in this area is the construction of Dubai Metro so do not make easier for the traffic. Only one suggestion they should have a coffee maker in room, i am used to drink lot of tea and do not have this choice.

I ve stayed on and off during 15 days in this hotel VERY GOOD LOCATION just opposite Burjuman Shopping Centre. The staff very polite and efficient special thanks to Elena a receptionist very professional & helpful. Good breakfast(large choice of different variety)
