The overall experience was above expectations, so I don't list the various advantages of the location, including the direct access to BurJuman shopping center (and restaurants), the beuatiful seaside view, the spaciousness of the living room. Instead, let me mention what I consider the only weak point: The in-room Internet access, charged at the not-cheap fee of 250 AED per hour, doesn't allow the usage of an IPSEC VPN (standard in use from most multinational companies) nor Skype. This was a major drawback to me.

Having lived in Dubai I knew this location well. Very professional staff, service excellent. Good choice for business travellers, good Gym facilities.
