We had the most enjoyable stay and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Food was good, service generally good and well organized. Shuttle transfer from/to airport, beach and malls worked well. We would recommend this to others great price/quality.

Very spacious rooms which were wonderful. We were just disapointed by the staff's lack of assistance they could offer us. Particularly given the location was not in great proximity of any tourists spots.

the relationship between price/quality is excellent as well as the kindness of people working in the hotel: over every expectations (one of the employee anticipated cash to pay a taxi driver that didn't want to accept euro or credit card). Very useful also the internal taxi service, and the free trasfer from/to airport. Just a pity for the wellness center (the swimming pool is very small, the gymnasium center is still under construction and sauna was not available).

We really enjoyed our stay the hospitality was excellent... we would recommend this to others the price we paid was much better than some of the prices we found on other websites for the same hotel.. we would more than likely come back to the hotel.. if there are any offers in the future we would love to be informed and we may want to stay longer. thank you

Very nice hotel, clean, good food.No gym as it was advertised and big problem with taxi.Hotel staff helped to get it but it was always "private" taxi who charge you 2-3 times more than city taxi.
